Voice recognition never excites me.

Not found one that can accurately decipher my accent yet.

Just make sure you lock the door first and wash your hands when you are done.

The stone cannot know why the chisel cleaves it; the iron cannot know why the fire scorches it. When thy life is cleft and scorched, when death and despair leap at thee, beat not thy breast and curse thy evil fate, but thank the Builder for the trials that shape thee.

The only way I'm interested is if it's a lot more advanced than say Siri. I don't want to buy a Windows Phone just because their personal assistant has a cool name. :P

If I remember correctly then you should be getting WP8.1 update as long as your device supports WP8, it will be available in the next two to three weeks i beleve, the version launching first will be for devs only(I think so atlest) and it will take 1-2 weeks for it to become available for consumer devices (so exited to, looking forward  to picking up a Lumia 625 )

I am pretty sure it will be, I don't know what the performance will be like due to the low amount of RAM :/
