Need help with windows 10

Hey, I'm new to the pc world please help me with my problem,

 

I was reinstalling windows last night and I had to shut down the pc during the blue screen "just a moment". And I just started my pc but there was screen flickering on the same blue screen so I restarted my but my monitor is not getting any signal.

Ryzen 9 5900x

Zotac amp holo 3080

16×2 corsair vengeance pro 

Fully modular 850 watt psu

You shut it down while it was setting up, and now it's not working?

Seems to be like a pretty obvious solution = reinstall.
