Weird visual artifacts in masterchief collection.

So I've replaced all hardware besides the ram sticks and the mobo. I've switched my GPU to differnt PCIE slots, but that's done nothing. I've varfied steam files and reinstalled the game. Could my display and ram be causing visual artifacts just for that game in particular? At this point I'm confused. I've a got a brand new GPU, and it still has weird visual anomalies in specific maps. Anyone have any answers maybe?

are you sure that you have the latest drivers installed? or something is not corrupted, ( if the drivers work, try reinstalling the game or removing any installed mods, if it still doesnt, try with another installation of windows ( in a partition or a unwanted HDD )

Which reminds me I also replaced the main ssd drive as well. Latest drivers are installed, the game and system are up to date. Also, I havent downloaded any mods. I've done a repair install of windows. I know its unlikely, but what part of the motherboard could cause artifacting besides the pcie slots? If not, maybe the ram cards are causing visual issues somehow?
