Pc Shuts Down

Hi guys,my pc was working normally until yesterday but now when i open a game the screen freezes and after a few seconds my pc shuts down while its power button is on but no parts are working on it...anybody has an idea on what is causing this?

Sorry if i spelled something wrong im not the best with English.

My first thought is power delivery/ PSU related. Have you been able to cycle the power switch on the PSU and get it back up and running?
