Sometimes it works but sometimes it does not. You might have driver conflicts, or the new motherboard might outright reject the SSD's current install of windows.

you should try it, if it works out then you are lucky.

Can I put my ssd from my current computer and put it in another computer without having to reinstall everything?

If you keep the same CPU and GPU? Probably. But if i were being honest, formatting your boot drive is more safe.

And if it doesn't work then is there a way I can transfer it with 3rd party software or something?

No, of there is a driver conflict you can try purging the drivers in safe mode but if the motherboard rejects the SSD then it won't even allow you to boot to that SSD.

Why do SSDs have to work so different than hard drives?

No? The same rigmoral would happen anyway in HDD, driver conflicts doesnt give a dipstick about what storage types youre on.

I have never had a single issue transferring hard drives between computers they have always worked, I have tried transfer my SSD between two computers and it didn't work.

They will be affected the same way when moving drives to other systems. Sometimes they work fine, other times they dont. Its usually chance with the hardware. You are less likely to run into problems when theres less specific drivers install for certain devices.
