I need help with PC!

Ok so I'm looking to build a pc. With the pc I want to play Minecraft and Rocket League along with recording and occasionally stream. My budget is $1600 USD. Here is a list of parts I currently want. If anyone wants to make some changes to the system please feel free to do so. I do have some things I'd like for the pc to have so here's what I would like for it. 32GB DDR4, onboard Wi-Fi on MoBo,  an NVIDIA chipset GPU, at least one 2TB HDD, an AIO, and a fully modular PSU.

If you arent overclocking dont bother with an expensive board tho a k cpu is good for undervolting aswell, if you arent gonna oc or undervolt get non k cpus instead

Another list that stretches your budget to its limit

 

10850k cause more cores is better for streaming

 

Cooler is eh cause budget, just undervolt the 10850k to 1.2v at 4.8ghz in the bios

 

Z590 board cause its cheap

 

You can add a hdd later

 

Gpu is up to you

 

You may want to consider getting a 10900f instead though you may need abit more voltage to reach 4.8ghz or just lower your freq to 4.6 and acheive the same undervolt

Aios are uneccesary unless you are running out of space near the socket

 

And by the time you are running out of space near the socket youd need a 360mm aio to even keep up with an air cooler of the same performance
