how can i fix my resolution being stuck and locked at 1366x768

fixed it by installing a driver for intel hd 4000

What is the native resolution of your display?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Ensure that your GPU drives are installed and if they are that they're the most up to date they can be.

To give us a little more context has your display ever been able to display at anything higher than 1366x768?

Then it's normal for it to be the only choice.

yes,it is

my native resolution is the same as in the image: 1366x768

Then you're not going to be able to go any higher.

I would think some lower resolutions might show up, but I can't think why you would want to use them.

Not unless you use an external display.

They usually do but 1366x768 is so low already that Windows doesn't offer anything lower.

Then you select that resolution in the game itself if possible, but the GPU/display may not allow/support it.

Have you tried any of the widescreen fixes for San Andreas? https://thirteenag.github.io/wfp
