Adding/merging chrome bookmarks

So i had an older thread here that LogicalDrm had helped answer before

but its slightly different. I want to add these new bookmarks into its own separate folder. So i would create a folder called "Old PC Bookmarks" And import all bookmarks from the HTML file to that folder. However some of the folders do share some names from my normal PC and both of them are the "other bookmarks" folder. Does Chrome have that functionality or would it just try to add them to my current folders and be done with it while asking to replace them?
