Hi Guys

I've got an 8gb dual channel kit of corsair vengeance ram marked 1600mhz.

Looking at the BIOS, the RAM speed has automatically set to 1333mhz.

Am I going to do myself or my system any diservice by overiding the BIOS and setting the RAM speed to 1600mhz?

Luc

So, i went into BIOS, and set the RAM to 1600mhz.

This then changed the CAS values from 9-9-9-24 to 9-11-11-29

I have manually set the values back to 9-9-9-24

Does this seem correct?
