I have a budget of $2700 Aud but want to save a bit more money if possible. I want this pc to be able to be able to perform high end gaming with a high enough fps so it does not effect gameplay. I also want it to be able to stream games.

I wouldn't go for that ram, it's only 2666 mhz CL16. Go for something that is 3200 mhz CL16 or higher

Also, You could definately save a lot if you can get a gpu at msrp, but if not, then that gpu is a good choice
