Low GPU Usage, Screen Problem

When I play Minecraft java my GPU usage is sometimes lower than 40% and bc of that I get lower FPS (Its the same if I apply shaders). Sometimes I cant even run the game it just crashes. And when I turn on my computer its black screen and only the mouse cursor shows up (for 1hour, then I can see the screen normal). PLS Help.

Specs:

GPU-Quadro 2000 1gb ddr5 vram (I know quadro GPUs arent for gaming)

CPU-Intel Xeon W3565 3.3Ghz

RAM-4x2gb ddr3 1200mhz ram

PSU-650w Bronze

STORAGE-490gb SSD, 1tb HDD

SOFTWARE-Windows 10 Pro 64-BIT
