Computer not booting

Parts:
GPU: RTX Evga 2060 Super
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
Motherboard: Msi MPG x570 Gaming Plus

I enabled secure boot then my computer lit up the screen and didn't boot with 0 Mobo LEDS lit up. I then reset the bios, and turned it on for the screen to go up blank  (not even lit up) with the VGA Led Lit (No GPU detected). What do I do now? The cpu has no onboard video and now it doesn't boot to windows 10 or even boot to bios.

If you've already tried pulling the power and CMOS battery, then the next thing to try would probably be a GPU re-seat.

 

Do you happen to have another GPU you could test against if the re-seat doesn't work?

I don't have another GPU to test it, reseating is just reinstalling the gpu correct?

It's just taking it out and then putting it back in.
