My budget is 600 USD (United States Dollars).

I am in the United States

I plan to play Minecraft, Call Of Duty: WarZone, and Minecraft Java. I plan to stream, lightly video edit, and PCB design.

I already have peripherals, I'm upgrading from an Intel Core i5-3330 with 8GB DDR3 1600MHz  and a GeForce GT 630M with 1tb of HDD storage. I am planning to buy this in the next few years.

I at least want to upgrade from Intel to AMD.

Just keep your current laptop until you can save more and the GPU shortage ends. ATM for $600 all you can buy is a 11400 with an iGPU.

Or you can wait till August and get one of AMDs new 5600G or 5700G APUS.

They are just gonna get scalped unless you buy directly from amd

Just get an 11500, better igpu than 11400 so you wont be stuck on 720p low, or atleast run games with a few more fps, though maybe get an 11700 if the price diff between 11500 and 11700 is like 30 or 40$

Heres a mediocre list i made

Note : case can be substituted for whatever you want, a 3$ scrap case, a 10$ office pc case, just whatever will fit in the budget

You may want to upgrade the psu to an 80+ gold unit if you cut spending on the case
