Does curved monitor matters?

Hi everyone, I'm into buying a new monitor, size would be around 25" to 27", at this size, does the curved matter? Since I have heard that only larger monitor can take the advantage of the curveness of the display. Also, which aspect of the display should I be more focus on? The refresh rate or the curve?

I actively avoid curved monitors below 32 inches, mainly because they just look odd to me. I know a lot of people don't really care, but it's one of those things that I can't really stand. Don't pay extra for it, go for refresh rate rather than a curve because curves really don't matter matter.

Unless you're looking at ultrawide, i'd avoid curved monitors. Imo it's more distracting than anything else on 16:9 displays.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
