I recently built my first PC. This PC is only a month old and is running WIndows 7.I got a blue screen after I finished playing some Minecraft (Tuesday) and today also after playing Minecraft (Thursday). Can anyone help out?

System Specs:

CPU:AMD FX-4130

MOBO:Gigabyte 990 FXA UD3

GPU: MSI GTX 770 2GB

PSU:BeQuiet! 600 Watt non-Modular

Ram: GoodRam 2X4 GB 1600MHz (Bought used from a friend and suspect this may be the problem)

Case: Zalman Z11 Plus

HDD:Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

I did reinstall WIndows because I made an extremely stupid mistake of installing 32 Bit Windows -_-

If anyone can help me or maybe tell me any tests I should run. The Blue Screen doesn't happen often and only after Minecraft (Suspicios) so I can just not play the game. I played BF4 and other famous titles withou Blue Screen!

Any response will be great!

As u suspect its the ram issue..then probably have a test on the ram...use memtest utility and then see if that is the problem....

what cooler do you have on your cpu? how are your temps?

I still have a stock cooler :( According to Open Hardware Monitor I am getting 20 C at idle which seems like complete BS. The PC is over all cool. I don't think it has anything to do with the cooling since it would do the same with BF4.
