Peripherals: Maybe a good mouse if the budget allows 

Upgrading from a pretty bad laptop with like 5th gen intel and 1600 8 gb ram

Playing on 1080p resolution with max or near max graphics.

Using 60hz for now but I might upgrade that later on

Most likely buying it during the July 4th sales

Thanks, But I do like the look of the current case with the cooler and fans so I might keep that but otherwise if I can actually get my hands on a 3070 soon I might do cpu, motherboard and ram change.

That's entirely upto you, but IMO this is the best appealing rig to me.
