Pc crashing/lockup

So my pc has been doing this thing for a while where the whole thing just freezes and I think it could be the power supply but not 100% sure I did a test on the ram and there was no errors not sure if I can test the gpu but it will probably freeze anyway but the other day I tried playing valorant with the power saving power plan and the FPS was really bad so I changed it back to balanced and the whole thing froze like it does it happens pretty much every day sometimes even when I turn it on someone please help
