Which of these monitors are better? large size, 144hz+, 1440p, 1ms, IPA/VA, curved, 300+ brightness

The noticable difference is the second ASUS one has 400 brightness over 300, and has speakers (which is nice incase headset breaks or something but yknow might be cringe audio quality, idk).

Its only a 20$ difference, and either one I pick will be a huge upgrade compared to me 21.5inch, 60fps, 1080p, TN, 250 brightness monitor ( https://pcpartpicker.com/product/xbKhP6/asus-monitor-vp228h )
