Upgrades on pc

So one time I did ask about combo with AMD CPU and Nvidia GPU (that was stupid) but I did have a reason. So I have a new PC with AMD Ryzen 3 2200GE with integrated graphics vega 8 on motherboard Gigabyte A320M-S2H, 16 GB ram from good ram on one stick 2 drives the first one I did buy is Samsung SSD 980 m.2 500 GB and the second one is WD drive 1 TB. I am planing to change the power supply because it's no name. I am changing it for silentiumPC vero L3 600w it is good quality, cheap and safe, but I don't know about the GPU I don't want to buy some expensive GPU but at the same time I want to run good with some games at little more quality so if you could to recommend the GPU (and maybe some others upgrades) that would be a very helpful.
