Budget (including currency):  100k lkr

Country: Sri Lanka

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Premier Pro, Fl Studio, some After Effects, CS-GO, Minecraft 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): So i currently have a 24 inch 1080p samsung monitor but need a second one as well i have a keyboard and mouse setup that is half decent its not mechanical but i make it work also all parts have to be brand new and it will be fine if there is no graphics card as long as i have an APU. Also if possible parts lists should be picked from these vendors

  1. Barclays Computers
  2. Game Street Lk
