Very strange gpu noises

I've got an old MSI GTX 960 oc and it makes some very strange noises.
While Ryzen Master is open, it clicks every second, just the moment RM refreshes its values.
When resizing some windows (Firefox, Excel, not Win. Explorer, not Lightroom C.) it's making some kind of scratch sound Fenster-Ziehen.m4a


It's not a problem, I just couldn't find anything about this behavior, does anybody have an idea?
