Hello,

 

about three years ago I ordered PSU cable sleeving supplies from this website. I had a positive experience since everything went well.

However, last october (!) I ordered some more supplies (in order to custom sleeve a third GPU cable for a possible upgrade to RTX 3000 series), but I am still waiting my order to be fullfilled.

 

I never received any shipment confirmation. If I use the "Track Your Order" function on the website the status of my order is "Awaiting Fullfillment";

I tried to contact them, both with the contact form on the website and directly with an email, but I never received any answer.

 

Despite this, the vendor seems to be still active (e.g. they now have a summer sale 10% off for this week advertised on their homepage).

 

I am looking for someone who had a recent experience with them / someone who is in the same situation as myself / someone who knows a way to contact them
