What PSU do you have?

Maybe there will be problem with it.

OP already said they tried a different PSU, so unless both PSU's are faulty...

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

The psu is rs-750-acaa-e3

I don't think that could be a main reason then, CM is producing well made PSU's.

Try to reset board CMOS.

Can't get anything to even show up with bios

There is a method called CMOS Reset, where you have to short the jumpers on MOBO to reset your MOBO settings to default.

It's helping in most times, if it won't help something else is broken.

That PSU is over a decade old (about 13 years it looks like) so it wouldn't surprise me if it gave up the ghost regardless of how well made it was originally. However, again, OP said they tried a spare power supply, although I would be interested to hear if that was of the same vintage.
