Pc power cycles please help

The other day i got new ram and installed i had trouble in the beginning where pc wouldnt start then it would have black  screen however  i switch  to my old ram saw it boot then redid  it with my new ram and it worked for that day at least.Today however  its power cycling and no matter the ram it still wont start.

New ram is ddr4 3600 32gb

Old ram is ddr4 3000 16gb

I have tried reseting  cmos and changing  rams back and forth to no avail.

At first after  like 2 seconds it would shutoff and turn pn but when i flicked the on and off switch  on the motherboard it starts up longer but still shuts off.

So in that case, the 9700K has iffy support past 3200mhz, I would make sure that the RAM you have is on the QVL list... It technically supports 3600 RAM but that is with overclocking. It's likely that your memory controller doesn't like it.
