Help needed

I've just build my computer and after mounting it, it worked fine, but then i installed 2 of my old hard drive to see if they worked, my pc turned on but without posting, I tried many times but with no success, so I switched off my psu and took off the old hard drives, and now my pc won't post anymore, there is rgb and fan rotation. Pls help...

modular psu? if yes, used the original power cables to connect the hard drive?

Yes it is modular, and yes i powered all HDDs with SATA

You definitely used original cables belonging to the psu? Or possibly mixed, have you used those same cables before?
Eg if you take 1 modular sata cable from 1 psu, even if same brand, it can fit in another psu of same brand but cause damage.

Have you done basic troubleshooting like cleared motherboard cmos by jumper or removing the cmos battery?  Also unplug psu mains power cable at the back and press and hold power button on case to discharge.
