So my pc is underperforming in some games like gta 5 where i am getting 50-60 fps and others with my specs average 100+ on high settings my specs are:
Cpu - r5 2600
Gpu - 980 ti strix
Motherboard - asrock b450 pro4
Ram - 2x8 gb hyperx fury at 2400 mhz
Psu - gamemax vp-600-rgb 600w and 80+ bronze
ssd - Kingston 120gb
hdd - toshiba 1 tb 7200 rpm
Nothing is overheating in furmark my gpu gets to 75* c max and my cpu never goes above 50-55* c. I have had windows installed for 2-3 years and i will probably wipe everything and install it again idk if this has anything to do with my problem.

your using a 2 year old video where the user is using 2 year old software and drivers with a game that is missing 2 years worth of updates and a windows os with 2 years less updates.

Their machine also has faster ram and isn't running the same hardware with the only matching components being the cpu and gpu series.

im also noticing gta5 is a 98 gb game and more than likely you installed it on the hard drive with only a 120gb os ssd , which would mean even my pc would probably run the game better than any pc trying to stream it off a hard drive
