Need opinion on upgrades

Budget (including currency): +/- 550 Euros (Or 2300 PLN)

Country: Poland 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly games with streaming for friends. (In detail that would be the following: Vermintide 2, Total War series (Preparing for warhammer III release), Star Citizen, Battlefield games.)

Other details: I already have my trusty GTX 1070 (which will be also replaced in future), PSU as Corsair CS 650W gold.

 

Hello, the time has come that I must upgrade my cpu. And here I come seeking guideance and assistance. I already have some parts, Im mostly intrested in the following

 

-CPU

-Motherboard

-16 GB's of ram (In addition to my existing 16 GB's)

 

The parts I already have.

 

Case: SilentiumPC Gladius M35 (Silentium is a Polish producer of good reputation, they mostly do cases, PSU and cooling for cpu's)

Cooling: SilentiumPC Grandis 2 XE1436

GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Quick Silver OC 8GB GDDR5

RAM:  Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz ddr4 2x8gb

PSU: Corsair CS 650W gold

+1 SSD and One HDD

 

The parts that Im considering to buy.

 

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz ddr4 2x8gb (Im not entierly sure if its needed to buy the same RAM, I heard mixed messages that you either need the same RAM otherwise your pc will perish, explode god knows what, or its alright to have different rams.)

CPU: i7-10700K

Motherboard: Asus PRIME B460-PLUS 

 

Is this fine? Im still wondering about changing cooling aswell, though Grandis is a huge beast which always kept my tempatures low.
