Unbranded BT dongle shows up as HID Input Device

Is there someway I could tell who made this dongle and what model it is? It has no branding or model information whatsoever on it.
You could check the hardware ID and google it:
Device Manager -> Find your dongle / unknown device -> Right click -> Properties -> Details -> Hardware IDs
