Unbranded BT dongle shows up as HID Input Device

I have a small USB Bluetooth adapter kicking around and I want to use it for something, only issue is I have no idea who made it so I can't get the right drivers and windows thinks its a HID device. Is there someway I could tell who made this dongle and what model it is? It has no branding or model information whatsoever on it.

You could check the hardware ID and google it:

Device Manager -> Find your dongle / unknown device -> Right click -> Properties -> Details -> Hardware IDs
