sure? for the pi4 it's barely powerful enough to emulate ps2 games but ps1 run great

Depends what you mean by "use it as a PC." 

 

Windows 10 can be installed on a Pi 4 unofficially but you wouldn't want to use it as a daily-driver PC. The Pi is really designed for custom Linux distros. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I kinda want something different than everyone else I have a desktop with a core 2 quad and a 8600 gts 4gb rambwould the pspi be better than the desktop
