My Best Friend Is Having Bluetooth Problems

His brand new 1.5k Laptop has Bluetooth, and now it's saying that it doesn't. I'll post our convo here

If anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it

 

Friend: I Restarted my pc

and it says i dont have bluetooth now

 

Me: Driver update?

 

Friend: its gone

i restarted like 3 times

and under device manager its hidden now and wont let me enable

Still could be drivers, I'd recommend installing the bluetooth drivers directly from the manufacturer webpage for the laptop. If that doesn't work it's possible the Wireless network card that also handles bluetooth went bad, in that case it would need to be replaced. In most cases where the card goes out you will also see issues with WiFi. So if the WiFi is working fine I'd think it's more likely a driver issue.

is it activated or not? furthermore some laptops have key to activate and deactivate Bluetooth directly, Airplane mode too. I think it is more likely a user error.
