Which Graphics card and also please xplain your issue a bit better.

Rtx 2060, i had an issue with my cpu, it was at 90 celsius after transport, i decieded to shake it a little bit because i read on the internet it could be filled with air, so i did and the temp calmed down a little but the issue was that it was running too long on 90 celsius and the thermal paste got messed up i think, changed the thermal past first run, everything perfectly fine sometimes gpu jumps up to 7000mhz clock, but after i decided to shut it off and put on my tempered glass pannel on, turned the pc on gpu max clock and 1365mhz on gpu 7000mhz on mem, and the pump was having issues it was the placement i fixed that, but now its only the gpu clock that is at 7000 and the 1365mhz which i dont have a clue about

You cool your CPU and GPU via water?

May we get a picture?

Pump is working? Have you plugged the pump into the right place?

Do you got airflow in your case? Fans?

Your problem is your CPU and GPU is way to hot in idle?

Did you use thermal pats on your GPU that you water-cooling?

Your problem is that your GPU clock and memory is fully utilized?

Do you have temperature problems with your GPU?

Where did you get your data from? How do you know it clocks so high?

Nvm msi afterburner profile reset gpu fans not spinning i can fix it sorry for the trouble guys.

Wait a moment, nowadays a lot of GPUs starts the fan if the GPU reaches 60 degrees Celsius . And I love that feature. Fans don't need to spin that early on. Pc is more silent.

Btw no need to apologize better ask before something goes wrong.
