Artifacting issue

Hello today I started experiencing artifacting on my pc. 
specs:

amd 5950x

asus rog strix 2060 super

32gb gskill

asus b550-f wifi 

 

ive tried a new psu 850+gold

swapped in an old 2070

changed pcie slots for graphics card

reseated cpu

tried old ram

Ddu for fresh drivers

temps seem stable

no power spikes

was able to screen cap so it’s not the monitors

running prime95 to try to test cpu under stress. no crashing after 30 minutes and no artifacting with videos playing.

 

morning edit: ran prime95 over night, no crashes.

 

only really happens when I’m playing a video game like league in which videos will start to have it as well.

 

picture uploaded was at its worst, typically wasn’t that bad.

Replace the video cable.

Dunno what you want to hear from us.

If the cable is okay I'm sorry to tell you that is GPU.

Also try to reset graphics card,check psu cables.

Run MSI Kombustor artifact scan.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Try underclocking the core and memory of the GPU.

Recent builds:  Meshify C (Zero Tolerance!) & View 37 (Breathable Quad 2080Ti + 2990WX)

I plugged in a perfectly fine gpu and tested. Still happens. Read the post
