Sorry,

Gigabyte aorus elite X570

Ryzen 9 3900x

Xfx Speedster merc 319 radeon rx6700xt 12gb

Samsung 980 pro 500gb

samsung 980 pro 2tb

2-6 tb western digital black 7200 rpm hdd in raid 1 for bulk video storage

Thank you for your time

Both M.2 slots are pcie 4.0 with a Ryzen 3rd gen cpu so it doesn't really matter which drive you put in which slot.

Installing 2 m.2 ssd drives in my new pc. I plan to use one for my OS and the other as workspace for editing 4k video files.

I am curious should I install my OS on the drive closest to the processor or the secondary slot? Would I notice any difference in performance? Either in windows or in resolve?
