is this gpu mounted correctly?

Go to solution Solved by bmx6454,

can't honestly tell from the images lol, the clip doesn't have to be locked to work, but best to make sure it is locked in place, otherwise if the pc is working fine, i would assume the gpu is in properly. as far as the gpu not coming out, did you make sure to remove the 2 screws holding it in?

Im sorry i know these arent the best pics but i was doing something to my ssd and i had to remove it so i wanted to try and remove the gpu so i have more clearance and i pushed the gpu clip very hard and still the card didnt want to come out of place so i eventually gave up and left it so i was wondering if this could have caused any mounting issues. I put pressure on it to make sure its fully on after i was trying to remove it. Any game i play and any benchmark i run run fine no blue screens no artifacts no nothing but i am still a bit worried. If the photos arent sufficient which they probably are not, can you guys point me which things i should look at when im dealing with a “possible” bad mount of a gpu?
