doesnt' matter how you mount / clip it.

as long as the air is blowing to the heatsink, theres no wrong answer.

you can clip it, zip it, you can even tape it, if you don't mind the ugly look.

And if you really want to explore your ghettoness, you can use rubber bands (for a little while) and my personal favorite.. garbage bag twist ties. The cheap ones with the metal sticking out are the best.. just got to be careful 🙂

 

They are good for doing Spiderman rigging in your case. I have even used the twine you use to tie up meat for cooking.. of course zip ties would have been better if I had them at the time.. I have spliced fans in my case right now with duct taped wrapped around the bare ends because my kids did something with my electrical tape.

 

I am so ghetto I have a McDonalds straw that has a bolt with a rubber grommet on it holding up a triple slot GTX 580 in my kids Roblox box 😄
