New computer Windows wont boot after first installation

Hi, I bought a computer yesterday and after building it and installing windows 10 from the USB stick that came with it, it won't boot up after I shutdown the computer for the first time.

 

Everything was fine until I shutdown the computer for the first time. 

 

Ryzen 5950x

Asus rog strix 3080ti

Asus rog darkheroviii

Corsair ddr4 16gb ram x 4

Corsair ax 1200w

Windows home 10 (usb stick installation stick from old computer but with a new key)
