Hey guys just i recently purchased a ram kit from crucial ballistix 16GBB 3200mhz, and after installing the ram stick into my rig, the PC randomly turns off after a little while of game play? I'm not entirely sure what could be the issue? but I ran out of resources. I tried messing around in bios, made sure everything was set to AUTO, and still it doesn't work. I was force to put my one XPG Gammix D10 8gb of ram back into my rig.

 

PC specs are

GPU-1650 super

CPU- Ryzen 3 3100

MOBO- Asrock A520/AC

storage ADATA SU720

PSU 500 - watt standard bronze

Have you made sure all your drivers/bios is up to date?

Drivers yes but I’m not sure for bios

bios needed to be updated but i am currently checking to see if my drivers are up to date

It seems like it only works with one stick of ram ?
