I was placing the system on my new desk and I started it up like normal. Everything worked fine. But I just suddenly got a blue screen. I restarted my pc and it kept saying I sent boot drive. I kinda freaked out and thought to see if a recovery usb with a Windows 10 installation on it would work. Nothing seemed to work and I thought to look into the windows installation where you can see all the drives. It was there but only the buttons new was able to be pressed.

The c drive is on a Samsung m.2

  • OS - Windows 10
  • x64
  • Age of system - around 1 year
  • Age of OS installation - same as build date
  • Ryzen 3560x (not 100% sure I am bad at remembering)
  • AMD Radeon rx5700 xT
  • MotherBoard - asrock taichi x570
  • Power Supply - Corsair rm750

You could try recovering your data by creating a bootable Ubuntu disk, and click on Try and then go ahead and check in Files if your drive is present, if yes, go ahead and copy all your files.

I can help if you don't know how to create a bootable disk.

I am getting pretty fucking sick and tired of the "watch something else" responses. It's such a cop out answer because you could say that about basically anything, and it doesn't address the actual complaints. People use it as some kind of card they pull when they can't actually respond to the criticism raised but they still feel like they need to defend some company/person. If you don't like this thread then stop reading it. See how stupid it is? It's basically like telling someone "shut the fuck up". It's not a clever responsive, it doesn't address anything said, and it is rude.

MKBHD is but an Apple propagandist and fanboy. Take his videos with a grain of salt, especially about anything Apple. In his video titled "I Visited Apple's Secret iPhone Testing Labs!", he has shown that he makes no effort to fact check Apple's claims, and takes it at face value. I do not believe he can be trusted as an Reviewer/Influencer.
