what reservoir? i need them to be able to put one on top of another, so

 

i know there is a hardon hydro kit, but the rad is made of aluminum,

if, possible, what is the thickness of the included rad?

you might want a MCP35x instead, since it's a bit smaller.

 

Aluminum isn't as big of a deal as people make it out to be as long as you be mindful of it. If it is galvanized aluminum, it's perfectly safe. In the case of non-galvanized it can be made to be at a rate so slow it's negligible. 

 

You use a high P glycol coolant mix, auto antifreeze, anti-corrosive PC coolants, or anti-corrosion additives (i.e. Feser base blocker)

Change out the coolant more frequently, I'd go no more than 6 months without replacing your coolant/mix of choice.

  

Use some kind of thick rubber spacers between the radiator and the mounting holes for the case. If you can't find any specifically for that buy a sheet of rubber and cut yourself a gasket or small squares and make small holes in them to put the mounting hardware through. 

 

I would probably stick with the Hadron kit. 

you'll probably want to pick up some anti-kink coils too since there might be a lot of bending depending on how your set it up.

Do not use anything aluminium with direct water contact in your loops, period. Direct res options that are small are an EK d5 multi or the aqualis d5 100. 

 

And FYI the Hadron rad is copper tubes with aluminium fins (totally fine)
