PC Freezing when launching games

Hello!

So I recently started experiencing issues whenever i launch games. I can play FiveM just fine, however when I play CS, Among Us, Spore, Madden, Dead by Daylight, and COD now, all of the sudden it will show a flash of the beginning screen upon launch, and then will cut my first monitor and say no signal. Then will slowly freeze and my monitors will shut off one by one. 

I have full wiped my PC
I have reinstalled Steam and the games
I have checked for updates on my video drivers and Motherboard

Still no progress. I dont know what else to do.
