Thinkpad T430 replacement screen?

I am trying to save a mangled Thinkpad T430, and one of its primary problems is that the screen is marred by scratches and pressure marks, and now that I am replacing the screen I might as well upgrade it.

 

Does any of you know where to find a 1600x900 glossy IPS display that will fit a T430? Or at least a nicer TN one. I have found several guides on how to do it but none of the vendors they link to have anything in stock, and the screens I can find on eBay are questionable at best.
