Recommendations for a Mini-ITX custom loop?

Hey everyone! Currently I am planning a new build and I am set on going for a Mini-ITX setup with a custom liquid cooling loop that would include both the CPU and GPU. I've been searching through all kinds of Mini-ITX cases but don't know which would suite something like this the best. As far as GPU support, I plan on using either a 3080 or a 3090 and also need a case that could support ATX power supplies since most SFX PSU's don't support above 750W mostly. I know most full and mid tower cases support ITX anyways but I would like to keep it relatively small. Ideally I would want something along the lines of a 10L but if I had to go bigger that would be fine. Plus, I need something that could support a good radiator that would provide good temps for the loop. Basically, if anyone has any recommendations please let me know. Any help is awesome and I greatly appreciate it! :)

(I was also thinking about potentially getting the Lian Li Q58 but obviously thats not out yet)

There aren't any 10L cases that support full length graphics cards with room for proper water cooling for the GPU and CPU. 

 

You'll probably want something like the FormD T1 or Nr200 with a pump block combo. For your PSU, the SF750 Platinum is more then capable of running 3090's even when they spike above its 750w rating. Optimum tech has used one on a 3090 and 5900x without issues. For your CPU, if you only have 240mm of radiator with slim fans you should probably do something like the 5600x. If you have 280+ you can probably do a higher end CPU. Also, you should look into undervaluing the GPU to get the best performance.
