Question on overclocking a card.

So I am selling my GTX 1650 that I have had for about 1 month. In the description, I was going to put, "never overclocked" but I was wondering doesn't nvidia's software automatically overclock the GPU as much as they can with the card's cooling abilities?

Or when people say "overclock" does that mean go into the bios and turn up settings? Because I have never manually overclocked the card.

Why even bother writing that down? it's not like there is any way prove it was overclocked or not, nor it matters that much (unless extreme overclocking using DICE or LN2 was involved).
