PC freeze on startup

i built a new PC 2 months ago I switched everything except the GPU (you know why), everything was going fine. Then today I was using the VM on the PC earlier and it suddenly freezes, i waited for 10 mins and decided to restart. Then after that, now it will freezes after start-up maybe for around 30s-10mins and sometimes even freeze on startup. When it freezes i tried pressing the Num Lock and the mouse and keyboard doesn't response too.

Did anyone experience this issue before? or does anyone know how to fix this? (Pls send help:( )

MB: Gigabyte Z490 Vision G

RAM: ThermalTake ToughRam RGB 16GB 3600

SSD: Kingston KC600 2.5" 1TB

PSU: ThermalTake Toughpower GF1 750W

GPU: Gigabyte 1050Ti

Cooling: Cooler Master ml240l v2 argb
