Is plex ram intensive

So my goal is to get a raspberry pi 4 to run a plex server for 1-2 1080p streams at a time but my only raspberry pi 4 that is not in use is a 2 gB model, is this enough to run plex?

I run my plex VM ono ubuntu server, and I get the VM like 2 GB of RAM and its plenty happy. If you are direct playing that takes almost no resources at all, if you want to transcode that takes some CPU power but I have never seen it use much RAM.

My pi 4 can handle 4k video streams with on the fly sound transcoding enabled. I've the 4GB variant but I also run a bunch of other stuff on it and the memory usage barley goes above 1GB.
