On your advice I bought a pc from redux I paid for a 3080 they sent a  pc with a 3070 it's been almost 2 weeks ago. They think I should fix the computer. So far they won't send a shipping label keep saying in 2 days. They will not help me just turning around and start the whole process over. They said they paid you but how about some help , who do I call now that they don't wont to make this right

Uh hes probably not gonna see this, but the only thing you can do in this case is continue to deal with their customer support team directly. A youtuber who got a sponsorship from them will not be able to help you, this has zero to do with them

I posted the subject it was Linus that said buying from Redux was a good idea it's not they will not live up to there word or fix there mistakes

Thanks Ravendarat mainly blowing off some steam. Hope tec (tipps) sees this and think about who they deal with. I think this does have something to do with linus it goes to his credibility
