OnTrac shipping

Hey guys, I ordered a new wristrest from Amazon yesterday and Amazon used OnTrac to deliver my item... however, I checked the tracking record and it says it is in Vancouver now... its supposed to ship to Portland, Oregon. Is this normal? Or was there a mixup?

Either a mix up, or tracking could have issues.

I've had lots of items with UPS and USPS that did random things, then showed up at my door.

Wait wait wait... is there like 2 vancouvers or something? I'm confused... I don't know which vancouver it is in now... and I also don't live in the US so I'm even more confused...
