Are they playing on all low settings? Might be why they're getting 170 fps.

No ultra

Most people are playing on an overclock. If you have adequate cooling, you can push your components a little further than stock frequencies. Look up guides on youtube or in this forum for information on how to do so safely.

77% on ultra plus it sometimes drops to the 60s

Things are going to vary from one person's PC to another. 77% usage isn't bad at all for the frames that you're getting. There's quite a lot of factors at play as to why you're not hitting 170fps. If you'd like to hit that mark, like I said, look at overclocking your GPU slightly. You could easily pump out some more frames.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

yes...but you're not

if you don't want to overclock to get those frames then change your settings.

I'm a little lost as to what the goal of posting this was at this point.

I really couldn't tell unless you gave me your full spec sheet, as well as the other persons.

In the YouTube video, the Ryzen 5800X is running at a constant 4.7 GHz across ALL cores.

There may have been BIOS adjustments done, so the CPU is always at 4.7 GHz.

If left on 'Auto' the CPU frequency should vary from Base Clock (3.8 GHz) and Max Boost (4.7 GHz).

Also, what memory are YOU running?

In the YouTube video, he is running DDR4-3600 memory.

Memory speed will affect Ryzen CPU performance, too.

There is already one difference.

The video is using DDR4-3600 CL14.

They didn't show much information of the CPU, but HWinfo was showing all cores running at constant 4.8 GHz.

Min / Max / Average was all 4800 MHz, even when the CPU was idle (~4% usage).

Reading the comments, Warzone is also set to use 8-cores, by editing the advanced_options.ini game file.

RendererWorkerCount = 8

ALSO video is fairly old, with the different season changes, comes with new patches, and FPS can increase / decrease.
