"cheap" is meaningless without a specific budget figure provided.

 

"good performance" is close to meaningless without specifying actual games you want to play with resolution and frame rate targets.

 

The price for basically any GPU more powerful than a GT 710 is currently inflated to outrageous levels. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

The 3060 is not that powerful, and nobody would recommend a GT710 in 2021, so you'll have no issue with that here.

You can't get a cheap GPU these days, I'm not sure if you've looked at the prices recently, but they don't exist. Any recommendation we could give right now would be a ripoff in terms of pricing unless you can find one MSRP, which requires a lot of effort on your end.

 

GPU prices likely won't start to come back down until late 2022, so I'd recommend just sitting and waiting patiently unless you're ready to fight for a card.
