New build!

850W PSU is kinda overkill for your build, 500/600 should be more than enough.

Did you say you already had the 8350?

If not definitely get the 8320 and spend more on getting a 770.

And get a 990FX-UD3 (rev 4) instead of the crappy mATX board.

If mATX is a must then you're kinda SOL as running FX8xxx chips on mATX boards is kinda suicide.

No, Asus and gigabyte are just brands. I have an Asus (z77 lx v) motherboard and you have to bend it it to fit into the I/O shield and the software supplied with the motherboard blows. Every manufactor has problems, some have more than others. When it comes to motherboards Gigabyte seem to be more aggressively priced where as Asus tend to charge more. So that translates into Asus probably being the better option for the high high end stuff and gigabyte else where. There are of course exceptions to this.

Meh you're overpaying for that poor performance imo. This is a much better build for the money and up to 2.5x as fast.
